Greencastle softball took a tough 17-3 loss over Clay City Monday night. Senior Shay Baker-Watson led the team at the plate hitting 3-3 with a double. After falling behind 3-0 in the first, Raigan Chavez sparked a two-out rally with a triple, scoring on an Emma Hunter single before Shay Baker-Watson reached on a hard grounder. Senior Jaedyn White started the game on the mound with freshman Evelyn Briones coming in during the second inning.
